BeerIsTheTrick 2018 was a monumental year for death metal. So much so in fact, if I were held at gunpoint it would be nearly impossible to create a top 10 list. Reprisal’s “None Survive The Sun” stands toe to toe with any major release from 2018. I absolutely love this album and it is on constant rotation when I am at the gym. There is a very bright future for this band. The production quality and song writing are flawless. You can tell the band had fun working on this album. I cannot pick a favorite track because all of them are distinct enough to stand out. 5 star release.

Wxmaggot Choosing a favorite track was difficult. I know people will rush to tell you how these guys sound like Revocation. That's fine if you need a "tag" or band reference to get you to listen. I could think of much worse bands to be compared to, but the bottom line is this... If you love neck snapping, fist pumping metal with incredible, intricate musicianship and memorable tunes, then buy this. If opener Oxygen Crisis doesn't hook you I don't know what will. Highly recommended!! Favorite track: Oxygen Crisis.
